New Millennium Realty's Farm Division - Our Story

The Farm Division at New Millennium Realty developed out of a need in Marion County to provide horse lovers with a way to either market and sell their home and buy their dream farm or even to help them increase their property or just move their current farm to another part of town. Brian Cox discovered that although there were a few real estate company options for people with farms on 'millionaires row', there was no one truly devoted to serving the smaller farm owner or seeker. In working towards helping people with smaller operations and acreage, Brian has developed a team able to accommodate anyone from the mini-farm owner to the huge sprawling farm with a mansion and barns, encompassing all of the equestrian residents of our county in a real estate experience beyond all of their past experiences.

Brian partnered with the Horse Talk Show on Fox Sports in 2016 and began to make new connections, developing lifelong friendships in the horse community. He also began to promote himself at OBS, helping with decoupling issues in Tallahassee and reaching out to the Horse Community as a whole, through HITS visits and other events. He has also assisted by sponsoring FTBOA related events and working closely with horse people to become well educated in the needs of the horsemen in the 'horse capital'. 

New Millennium Realty has become sponsor of the Equine Engagement department with the Ocala/Marion County CEP to encourage the interaction and education of different horse disciplines and engaging people across all walks of life in our community. 

New Millennium Realty is moving forward and covering the entire County and all the needs of the horse owners, trainers, farmers and riders.
